How to deal with a nuclear attack?

• prepare evacuation baggage with necessary personal needs, spare clothes and documents, or even an emergency package (durable food, plenty of drinks, medical and hygiene supplies for a few days, especially medicines you take, a functional radio and a flashlight with a spare set of batteries, etc.) ,
• arrange a system of alternative communication with family members in the event of a failure of mobile services,
• in the event of an attack, immediately go to cellars, shelters or other underground areas with thick concrete walls, close doors and windows and stop all ventilation,
• after the attack, wait at least a few hours before going out, due to a possible radioactive fallout,
• cover the airways with a scarf or respirator when leaving the shelter to prevent inhalation of radioactive substances,
• take a shower as soon as possible after arrival and change your clothes to prevent further spread of contamination,
• follow the instructions of the integrated rescue system components.
